Xantos Mobile Massage Ltd. goes back to the roots of yoga, since originally it was taught in private, helping the efficient engrossment with it.

Individual yogaWithin the confines of the personal yoga classes, it is possible to experience the blissful influences of yoga more intensively, at home, in custom timesheet, having the absolute attention of the yoga teacher.

Anikó Dr. Szabó  Ganga traditional and Sivananda head yoga teacher leads the personal yoga classes. She has not just the basic knowledge  and a lot of experience in her profession, but she is a very humane and empathic person. Anikó, who leads the yoga classes at many other companies of ours, has been teaching yoga for beginners, advanced and future yoga teachers for 13 years. Since 2007, she has experienced a lot in being a breathing trainer by working with people who is asthmatic or allergic. Moreover, she is one of the Presidency members of the Hungarian Yoga Teachers’ Association.

In order to setting your time effectively, it is possible for you to have your personal yoga classes at home or in your office, where we make the yoga practises by  direct and personalised instructions in 90-120 minutes. There is a possibility of consultations and practices for the advanced trainers. We suggest a 3 x 5 hours long intensive yoga course for beginners or re-beginners.

We form the traditional yoga class, the yoga poses (asanas), the breath-controlling practices (pranayamas) and the date by your personal requests. We form the asanas and pranayamas considering the level of your personal physical fitness and stress, the health and the aims, so this way you can move more effectively with practising yoga and extending your knowledge. Our particular and individual service is that the participants can experience the influences of the quantum creams, the volatile oils and the flowers which can deepen the quality of the treat and the energy level.

You can choose the date of the practice. so this way there is a possibility of choosing appointments early in the morning (between 5 and 8 am) or late in the evening (between 7 and 9 pm). You can have your occasions at home. If your schedule is really strict because of your enterprise or job, it is possible to hold the classes in your office (if the environment is appropriate). The daily stress can be reduced in this way as well.

You can do personal yoga with therapeutic aims, aligned with your personal health challenges, since there is no opportunity to  discuss the individual needs in this accurate and personalised way during the group classes.

  • 60 minutes for advanced trainers: 11.000 HUF
